Our Testimonials

On behalf of Changi Simei Community Club, I would like to thank John and his team at ReThink Good (RTG) for joining us at Eco Green Bazaar 2024 held in conjunction with Changkat Changi Secondary School. RTG held a booth on plastic upcycling and demonstrated the process of turning grinding and melting unwanted plastic waste (such as bottle caps) into useful household items such as carabiners and combs.

The booth had managed to gather much interest and positive feedback from our residents, students and teachers present at the event. Many praised the booth’s hands-on demonstration using machines which can be easily operated by our residents, thereby enhancing the booth’s engagement value and outreach to the public. We are pleased and satisfied at RTG’s commitment to educating the public on sustainability practices and we hope to collaborate more with the team for future events.

Felix, Committee member and event organiser

The workshop has helped the youth to better understand the environmental impact of not recycling plastics in Singapore and understand the movement towards a "Circular Economy". They enjoyed and were really happy to be able to turn their recycled plastic bottle caps into something useful, like the carabiner and comb. Thank you ReThink Good for this hands-on experience!

Joycelyn, Youth Guidance

Our facilitator Jeryl Yep was engaging and knowledgeable and, his and his team’s dedication to the cause was evident. He shared with us how waste could be turned into functional items, educated us on the different types of plastics and the different resin identification codes as well as the long-lasting impact recycling would make on the environment.
